The name changed occurred roughly a year after inception to promote a more positive connotation to an application that provides immeasurable utility and numerous benefits. A year later, 34 Citizen App users live-streamed the fire at the Trump Tower in Manhattan. The newest feature to be included with Citizen App is offered as a paid subscription at $5 per month. This feature provides 24/7 access to a Trained Protect Agent and can integrate with Apple Watch.
The agent not only monitors location, audio, and heart rate, but can also call 911 and alert other users as needed.
